Hosted CRM for SMBs

Virtual IT has launched managed IT service for SMBs at a fixed monthly price per user, including computers, business software and hosted Microsoft CRM 4.0. "On a hosted basis there is a fixed monthly price backed up by ongoing service," said Virtual IT managing director David Somen. "At launch we have a number of customers signed up, including an existing client with 20 users." The hosted CRM will cost £40 per user per month.
