Our unrivalled managed IT support solution provides a corporate level service specifically provisioned for small to medium-sized business (SMB's / SME's). The package includes a fully outsourced IT infrastructure supplied and supported by Virtual IT. The solution is delivered at an affordable fixed per user per month basis with no capital expenditure required.
Depending on your specific requirements, Virtual IT is able to offer either a complete managed IT service or, if you need help with only certain areas of its IT, a modular solution comprising a combination of specific services can be tailored.
From Virtual IT's London offices, we provide a solution that consists of the following services:
· 24 x 7 support - IT support staff available 24 hours per day to respond to customer queries and requests. All engineers are based in our head office in London.
· 24 x 7 monitoring - proactively monitoring all systems and devices
· Offsite backup - our managed IT solution includes automatic daily backup of data to a secure data centre. This service forms part of a disaster recovery plan allowing data to be quickly and easily restored to an alternative location
· Disaster recovery - to assist in designing your disaster recovery plan
· Managed VPN - allowing secure remote access and support for all users working from offices, home or when mobile
· Managed email - provides high availability through Hosted MS Exchange. The solution is located in a secure data centre to provide the best possible performance against a defined SLA
· Managed anti-spam - spam accounts for around 70% of email and must be filtered
· Managed anti-virus - updated hourly to maintain the highest level of protection, virus alerts from your PCs are notified to our helpdesk
· Fully managed hardware - all PCs and servers are maintained and supported to a high standard against agreed SLA's
· Managed firewall - corporate level dedicated hardware-based solution to protect the network
· Software patch updates - to keep your systems fully up-to-date and protected against security threats etc.
