Hosted PBX – are the days of onsite phone systems numbered?

The first thing to say about this is that we are looking at phone systems appropriate for use within the SME market, specifically the low to mid-sized SME’s. Traditionally when a company needs a phone system and they have more than 5-10 users and are not in a managed office they would purchase a physical phone system which would be installed in their offices by a specialist support company. They would then have the phone system for a number of years and pay for the maintenance through their PBX supplier.

Why would you choose the Nokia Lumia 920?

By way of introduction, I do not, and my esteemed technical colleagues will confirm, get excited by the latest and greatest technical gismo’s and much prefer the comfort and familiarity of the old, this certainly goes against the grain working for an IT Support company! The way I see it, a new operating system invariably means time spent working out the nuances of the new OS and I just don’t have the time or the inclination to spend hours working at replacing something that already delivers on my basic need to read emails, surf the internet on occasion and to make and receive calls.

Email Security – what goes on behind the scenes?
