Q. What does your
monthly cost include?
A. Virtual IT's cost includes all hardware including (if upgrades required), software & anti virus licences, managed email, daily off-site back up, VPN access, security and unlimited 24*7 support. This is
a fixed monthly cost and there are no hidden or additional costs on top
of this. The cost is totally predictable
Q. How can I be
assured it will work?
A. The Virtual IT solution is currently deployed
across many different offices, including our own, with over 2000 users. We will put you in touch with various
existing clients during your evaluation process.
Q. Can you provide
references?
A. We will be glad to provide you with references
from some of our customers.
Q. Am I able to source my own hardware?
A. There are various options here, a company can either buy or lease form ViT or source their own hardware providing it is from a tier 1 manufacturer.
Q. How long is the contract?
A. Our contract runs for 3 years, with break clauses at 1 and 2 years. We also offer the ability to cancel after 2 quarters of breached SLAs (Service level agreements = bad service).
Q. How long does it take to start using the Virtual IT service?
A. Once you have made your decision, we build a project plan to minimise downtime and disruption to your business. Depending on the complexity of your project and implementation, this can take from 4-6 weeks maximum.
